Advance tickets at www.exposquare.com Host Hotels are (you must ask for the ACRA rate): The Inn at Expo Square 918-858-3775, they are offering rates of $55.00 for double queen & $65.00 for double king plus taxes. Best Western 918-858-2100: $65.00 for double queen & $75.00 for double king plus taxes. Due to higher taxes on the Fairgrounds both hotel rates work out to very close to the same rate.

OFFICER & DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS: Nomination forms can be found in the September issue of the Cowboy Sports News or you may call the office at 918-456-9814 to request one if you have someone you would like to nominate. The following positions are up for election this year: President, Bareback Director, Saddle Bronc Director, Bull Riding Director, Cowgirls Barrel Racing Director, Breakaway Roping Director and Contract Personnel Director. Nominations are due in the office no later than October 1st.

EQUINE HEALTH CONCERNS: With the new equine disease many rodeo committees are requiring health and coggins papers before allowing horses on their property. We are advising you check with your local vet on what is required for each state you are traveling to.

STOLEN SADDLE ALERT: On April 17, a saddle belonging to Oklahoma Roper, Casey Hicks, was stolen off his horse at the Beggs, OK Open Rodeo. The saddle is a full rough-out Allen Ranch team roper with a flame-patterned stingray seat. It also had a matching breast collar with it. Anyone with any information please call (918) 625-4617.
